This Painting was a commision for Bristol  University. I was asked to make a copy of this man to be placed in the Badock Hall ( residential building.) The original painting was done by an  RA Sir                                  ,  The University was very pleased with the result as the quote indicates ( DR Berkley has asked me to convey his sincere thanks to you for the portrait which certainly does echo the original extreemly effectively... End of quote ) The painting was some 4feet x3 feet and I would be happy to reproduce similar masterpieces where there is no restraint on making a painted copy. Price according to size.  In this case the fee was £900.  The small picture of the painting was taken next to a garden seat to display the size of the painting . THBIS PAINTING BELONGS TO BRISTOL uNIVERSITY similar copies can be undertaken even Old Masters when this is legally allowed.  Prices on qutation depending on size and other factors
